What's it all about?
Gaining the buy-in and support of stakeholders is essential if your content strategy or content design approach is to be a success. From budget holders and decision makers, to subject matter experts, to technical support roles, the array of stakeholders that we need to connect with can be vast. And a one-sized fits all approach won’t work.
In this workshop, leading content strategist, leadership coach and founder of Utterly Content, Tracy Playle, will help you to establish:
- A stakeholder engagement approach for your work, project or campaign
- Approaches for explaining content strategy and content design to stakeholders
- Techniques for navigating difficult conversations
- Tips for generating win-win agreements
- Ways to “get complete” when things don’t go to plan and how to make it not mean anything about you.
